What to Wear: Work pants, work shirt, work boots. Sun hoodie recommended
Company provided: Eyewear, hearing protection, water
What to Bring: Driver's license, lunch, extra water
Lunch: 30 minutes; generally around 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Who you'll interact with: You’ll work with your crew and may interact with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other contractors. Be professional. Be respectful.
Safety Basics: When in doubt, ask before you act.
Do not operate equipment you have not been trained or authorized to use.
Stay aware of vehicles, equipment, tools, and other people around you.
Report injuries, damaged equipment, and unsafe conditions immediately.
If you don't know how to do something safely, stop and ask.

Timekeeping in ADP
ADP RUN is for timekeeping, pay information, direct deposit, and other employee information. You are responsible for accurately recording your own time. If you have questions or notice an error, speak with your supervisor.

Recording Your Lunch Break
Your 30-minute lunch break must be deducted from your work time. For example:
6:30 AM – 12:00 PM → Save
12:30 PM – 5:00 PM → Save/Submit
Pay Schedule
Employees are paid biweekly on Friday by direct deposit. . Keep your banking information current in ADP.
Paid Time Off & Holiday
You do not receive paid sick or vacation time during your first year. After completing one year of employment, you receive:
2 paid sick days
5 paid vacation days
These days do not accrue from pay period to pay period.
Communicate time-off requests to Rick and Fred as early as possible.

CDL Program
We support employees who want to earn their CDL and take on additional responsibility. DiBucci and Sons will pay 80% of approved CDL training and testing costs. You are responsible for the remaining 20%.
Before the company pays for training, participating employees must sign a separate CDL Training Repayment Agreement.
Employees who participate in the program agree to remain employed with DiBucci and Sons for one year after receiving their CDL. If you leave before completing that one-year commitment, you may be required to repay costs paid by the company, as outlined in the agreement.

Employee Referral Program
Know someone who would be a good fit for DiBucci and Sons? If you refer someone who is hired, you may be eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus.
The referred employee and the employee who made the referral must remain actively employed at each milestone for the bonus to be paid.

Laborer
Learn the fundamentals, support the crew, handle materials, use basic tools, perform basic concrete and masonry work, clean jobsites, and follow instructions.
Skilled Laborer
Work more independently, operate approved equipment, set forms, pour and finish concrete, and help newer employees.
Lead / Foreman
Take responsibility for jobs, direct labor, manage materials and equipment, communicate with customers, and maintain quality and productivity.
